Interactive Brokers (or MEXEM, PRT and Zone Bourse)

Step 1: Log in to your account

To get started, log in to your Interactive Brokers account.

Step 2: Enter your login information

Once logged in, go to the Performance and Report menu.

Click on Statement (or “Statement” in English) to access the statement generation page.

Before generating the statement, make sure all your active accounts are included:

• If you have only one account, it will be selected by default.

• If you have several accounts, click on the account number and select all the accounts you want.

• Some accounts closed during the year may be hidden. To display them, use the filters and enable the display of all accounts.

Once the accounts are selected, click on "Continue".

Step 3: Generate the statement

In the Activity section, click on the small blue "Run" arrow.

Choose a yearly period that matches the fiscal year you want.

For example, to generate a statement for the 2025 tax return, select the year 2024.

Then, to the right of "HTML", click on "Download".

The file will be downloaded in one of the following formats:

• .html

• .zip (example: Annuals.2024.zip)

Step 4: Importing the statement

Next, go back to the statement generation page and click on Import statements to complete the import.
