Interactive Brokers (ProRealTime, MEXEM, Zone Bourse...)

To import your data from your Interactive Brokers account (or from an Interactive Brokers Advisor like ProRealTime, MEXEM, Zone Bourse, etc.), you’ll need to generate and import an annual activity statement.

Step 1: Log in to your Interactive Brokers account

Go to your client area from the “Client Portal” which should look like this:

Step 2: Go to the “Statements” page

Click on “Performance & Reports” > “Statements” > “Statements” tab

If you have several accounts, IBKR will ask you to select one or more → tick ALL the accounts you have (see 1).
Tip: show all accounts, even those that are closed or transferred (see 2)

You can click on “Choose account(s)” to change the selected accounts at any time.

Once the accounts are selected, click on "Continue".

Step 3: Generate and download your activity statement

Click on the blue arrow in front of “Relevé d’activité”

A popup will open and you’ll need to select:

• Period: Annual (or “Annual” in English)

• Date: The year of the income concerned (for example, for the 2026 tax return on 2025 income → select 2025)

You have other settings in “Advanced options” but this doesn’t change anything in your report, just leave them as default.

Then click on “Download HTML”.

The file will be downloaded in one of the following formats:

• .html

• .zip (example: Annuals.2025.zip)

Don’t use the PDF format

Step 4: Import your statement into FlashFiscal

Go back to FlashFiscal then upload your file
